LifeSpan Treadmill – the Compact Versions

LifeSpan fitness offers two compact treadmills.

The TR100 and the TR200.

Each of these are available for sale on their website but the TR100 is actually about $100 cheaper if you buy it on Amazon.com. However, after reading customer reviews for the TR100, you may not want to purchase it.

The LifeSpan TR100 treadmill received an average user rating of just 3.8 out of a possible 5 stars.

Its compact design means that it won’t take up much space and it collapses quickly and easily so that it can fit under a bed or in a closet. It also has some other nice features but we were not blown away by the customer reviews we found online.

One customer said that the TR100 is not very sturdy for heavy use. This person said that they use the machine about three times a day for an hour at a time, walking at about 2 mph. After about a month, the machine began to smoke and the drive belt melted. Another customer said that this particular machine is only good for occasional use and a couple of other people recommend spending the extra money for a better treadmill.

The LifeSpan TR200 is a little bit more expensive at $699 but it is getting better reviews than the TR100. The LifeSpan fitness TR200 Fold-N-Store compact treadmill comes fully assembled right out-of-the-box and it also collapses quickly and easily so it can be stored or hidden away when not in use. It has an easy to use control panel to let you adjust the speed and incline of the deck. The speed ranges from 0.5 to 8 mph.

The TR200 received an average user rating of 4.0 out of a possible 5 stars.

One review came from a customer that lives in a small condominium and they said that the TR200 is perfect for their needs. It fits easily into their spare bedroom/office and when it is collapsed, it is small enough to fit under a bed. A lot of customers agree that this is a wonderful treadmill that is easy to use and is also very quiet.

Like we mentioned earlier, some of the midrange and high-end treadmills by LifeSpan were getting much better customer reviews online so let’s take a look at some of those.
